Terms of Service

The short version

• The Mothers Circle is free, or $49 every 4 weeks. The Membership is $300 every 4 weeks (or $125 with a scholarship) and is open to Mothers Circle members.
• Paid memberships renew automatically every 4 weeks until you cancel.
• Cancel anytime from the “Manage membership” link in your emails or account, or by emailing info@blackboys2men.com. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
• Young men must be 13 or older. A parent or guardian enrolls and consents for sons under 18.
• This is mentorship and community, not therapy or emergency help.
• Disputes: email us first; if we can’t fix it, Georgia law and the courts in Fulton County, Georgia apply.

1. Who we are and this agreement

These terms are the agreement between you and Black Boys 2 Men, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“Black Boys 2 Men,” “we,” “us”). They cover our website, BB2M+, our application and checkout pages, our private online community, our live sessions and our in-person gatherings.

By using any of these, or by buying a membership, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Community & Youth Safety rules. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them.

2. Who can join, and accounts

• You must be an adult (18 or older) to buy anything from us.
• Young men must be 13 or older. We do not create accounts for children under 13.
• Sons aged 13 to 17 are enrolled by a parent or guardian, who agrees to these terms for them, consents on their behalf, and is responsible for their use of our services.
• Members 18 and older can manage their own account and information with us. When a parent sets up an adult son, the parent agrees to these terms at setup and the son agrees by using our services; there is no separate step.
• Give us accurate information, keep your sign-in details private, and don’t share your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else is using it.

3. What we offer

Each membership includes everything in the one before it. Paid memberships are billed every 4 weeks.

• Mothers Circle (free). Our private online community and safe space for mothers raising sons. It costs nothing and needs no payment details.
• Mothers Circle (paid): $49 every 4 weeks. Everything in the free Mothers Circle, plus weekly live sessions, occasional in-person meetups in Atlanta, and all our private resources for raising a Black son.
• The Membership: $300 every 4 weeks, or $125 with a scholarship. Everything in the paid Mothers Circle, plus your son’s mentorship: a weekly live Monday session and his private Brotherhood space. It is open to members of the Mothers Circle (free or paid), who apply for their son.

BB2M+, our video library, isn’t on sale.

We may grant free or discounted seats at our discretion. Session times, content and features may change as the program grows. If we make a significant change to what your membership includes, we will tell you.

4. Applications and scholarships

• The Membership starts with an application, open to members of the Mothers Circle (free or paid). Your son must be 13 or older.
• Qualified applicants are offered a scholarship rate of $125 every 4 weeks instead of $300. We decide who qualifies, at our discretion.
• A scholarship offer is good for 72 hours after you apply. After that, you can still join at the full price.

5. Billing and automatic renewal

• Memberships are billed every 4 weeks (that’s 13 times a year, not monthly), starting the day you join.
• They renew automatically and you will be charged every 4 weeks until you cancel.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By joining, you authorize us to charge your payment method every 4 weeks until you cancel.
• If we change a price, we will email you before the new price applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.
• If a payment fails, we will email you and keep your access on for a short grace period so you can update your card. If it isn’t fixed, your membership may end.

6. Cancelling

• You can cancel anytime. Use the “Manage membership” link in your emails or your account (it opens our secure Stripe billing page), or email info@blackboys2men.com and we will cancel it for you.
• When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the 4-week period you’ve already paid for. You won’t be charged again.
• When a mother’s paid membership ends, she stays in the free Mothers Circle unless she asks us to remove her. Your son’s access ends with The Membership.
• You can leave the free Mothers Circle anytime by emailing info@blackboys2men.com.

7. Text messages

• We only text you, or your son, with your consent (for new applicants, that’s the separate texting box on the application, or next to a son’s number at son setup). Texting is optional and is not a condition of applying or buying anything.
• We text session reminders and updates, usually about 4 to 12 messages a month. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to stop texts, or HELP for help. You can also email info@blackboys2men.com.

8. Refunds

Payments for a billing period that has already started are not refunded, except where the law requires it or where we decide to at our discretion. The same applies to course purchases once you have access to the course.

If you think you were charged by mistake, email info@blackboys2men.com and we will look into it.

9. Community rules

Our community works because people can be honest in it. To keep it that way:

• Be respectful. No harassment, bullying, threats, hate, or sexual content.
• Direct messages between adults and members under 18 are turned off in our community (that includes members who are 18 or older); conversations stay in the open, moderated spaces.
• What members share in the community stays in the community. Don’t screenshot, record, copy or share other members’ posts, stories or images outside it.
• Don’t record live sessions.
• No spam, selling or recruiting for other programs.
• Follow our Community & Youth Safety rules.

We moderate the community. We may remove content, and we may suspend or end the membership of anyone who breaks these rules or puts others at risk. If we end a membership for breaking these rules, the refund rules above apply.

10. What you share

• You own what you post. You give us permission to host and show it inside our community so we can run it.
• We won’t publish your posts outside the community without your permission.
• We never publish photos or video of a young man without written permission from his parent or guardian.
• Monday sessions may be recorded for the founder’s internal use only, kept only as long as needed to plan sessions, then deleted. Recordings are never shared or published.

11. In-person gatherings

• Our in-person meetups in Atlanta are optional.
• A parent or guardian must attend with any son under 18, or sign a consent form before he attends without them.
• You are responsible for getting to and from gatherings, and for following the rules of the venue and our team on the day.

12. Mentorship, not therapy or emergency help

Black Boys 2 Men offers mentorship, community and education. It is not medical care, mental-health treatment, counseling, or legal or financial advice, and it is not an emergency service.

• In an emergency, call 911.
• In a mental-health crisis, call or text 988 (the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

13. Our videos, courses and materials

• BB2M+ videos, courses, guides and other materials belong to us or the people who made them. Your membership lets you use them for your own household, not for commercial use.
• Don’t download (unless we offer it), copy, share, resell or publicly show them, and don’t share your sign-in.
• A BB2M+ account can have up to three viewing profiles, for the people in your household.
• Once courses are on sale, a course you buy stays available to you without a subscription.

14. Our responsibility to you

We work hard to keep our services running well, but we provide them “as is” and can’t promise they will always be available or error-free, or that the program will produce any particular result.

To the extent the law allows: we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law says cannot be limited.

15. Ending your access

You can stop using our services at any time by cancelling. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we need to protect the safety of our members, or if we stop offering a service (in which case we will give you notice and stop charging you).

16. Governing law and disputes

• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
• Talk to us first. If you have a problem, email info@blackboys2men.com and tell us what happened. We will try to resolve it with you informally within 30 days.
• If we can’t resolve it, the dispute will be decided by the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you and we agree to those courts, unless the law requires otherwise.

17. Changes to these terms

This version takes effect on November 1, 2026. We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date. For material changes, we will email members before the changes take effect. If you keep using our services after that, you accept the new terms. If you don’t accept them, you can cancel.
