The manifesto · 01

It is easier to build strong children than to repair broken men.

— Frederick Douglass

We are not a six-week workshop. We are not a hashtag. We are the long, deliberate work of mentoring a generation of young Black men before the world hardens them past the point of return.

We do that with hands-on mentorship, a 24/7 brotherhood, a Life Success Blueprint, and the daily work of emotional intelligence — together with the mothers who are already doing more than their share.

The four pillars · 02

Every week.
Every one of them.

01
PILLAR

Hands-on mentorship

Dedicated mentors. Real conversations. Goals he sets and we hold him to.

02
PILLAR

24/7 brotherhood

A community that has him at 2 PM and at 2 AM. Hotline, group, in-person.

03
PILLAR

Life success blueprint

Academics. Money. College. Career. The actual playbook, not a pep talk.

04
PILLAR

Emotional intelligence

Naming what he feels. Leading under pressure. Strong and self-aware.

"Mr. Scaife takes the time to understand their dreams, fears, and aspirations, and tailors his guidance to help them navigate their paths. His mentorship goes beyond a phone call or zoom meeting — it extends into real-life situations where he provides invaluable life lessons and support to both the parents and participants."

Tough talk with my 16-yr-old last night. Did the "ask, don’t tell" thing Emiere mentioned in last week’s workshop. Mothers — it actually worked. He opened up.

Kristen, this is exactly the move. Let it sit for 48 hours. Don’t re-engage on the topic — let him bring it back.

Same boat last week. The hardest part is staying quiet after. The pulse on this week’s thread is gold.

Just dropped into the live workshop. Emiere, the framework on emotional accountability is sticking with my son. Thank you.

What ages does ARISE work for?+

ARISE is built for mothers of young Black men ages 10–24. Insights, prompts, and frameworks adapt to where your son is developmentally — middle-school, high-school, or early adulthood.

Can I add more than one son?+

Yes. Every ARISE tier supports unlimited sons on a single account. Each son gets his own developmental profile, tracker, and weekly insights.

A private community of ARISE mothers — moderated discussions, Q&A, weekly Community Pulse, and live workshops with Emiere. Included with ARISE Plus and Mentorship.

How does my son join the mentorship?+

The Brotherhood is application-based. We read every application carefully — we accept the families whose responses show real engagement, especially from mom. Acceptance unlocks the $99/mo Mentorship tier with weekly virtual + monthly in-person Atlanta gatherings.

What does it actually cost?+

Yes. Move between Core and Plus freely from your account. Mentorship requires acceptance — once accepted, your son holds his spot for as long as he’s enrolled.

Is my data safe?+

Your son’s developmental data is encrypted, never sold, and never shared without your explicit consent. You can export or delete it any time.
